      I have been contacting the school for months to try to re enroll. After months of leaving messages and calling and filling out online inquiry forms I finally called and spoke with someone. I was told that I was unable to re enroll because I had enrolled before in my earlier years and didnt finish. I then asked for a copy of a policy or rule that states students could not enroll and was told that there was not one. I was then over talked because I stated that for me not to be able to re enroll that it should be written in a policy not by a meeting with personnel and teachers that it had to be written. I was then told not to call the school again and that it was not their fault I didnt finish years ago. I was then hung up on. I believe that this is outrageous treatment when all I am trying to do is better my life. I did not deserve to be talked to as if I was less than and I felt I was discriminated against.

      Ms. ****** enrolled with IMBC on three separate occasionsboth on campus and onlineand was administratively withdrawn each time due to lack of engagement. While we believe in second chances and often support students in re-enrolling after a break, repeated non-participation is a significant factor in determining future eligibility.
      Ms. ****** contacted several departments regarding re-enrollment, and our team explained that the decision not to approve a fourth enrollment was based on a thorough review of her academic history and overall readiness. While there is not a public-facing policy on this matter, our internal guidelines and academic standards are applied consistently to ensure fairness across all student decisions.
      We have reviewed the communication on record to ensure our team maintained a professional and respectful tone throughout. We regret if Ms. ****** felt the interaction was dismissive, as that is never our intent.
      We sincerely wish Ms. ****** the best in her future educational goals and are confident she has the potential to succeed in the right learning environment.

        I have not attended the school 3 times I never attended the school online and as stated before the person I spoke with only notified me of this when we spoke and she even stated that I signed up twice. I truly believe that now things are getting more fabricated in an attention to cover up how I was treated even if that was the case. Which is not so. I would like this looked into more and I would like proof to be shown that I did indeed apply and attend this school more than twice.

Also I have contacted the *********************** to investigate this further for discrimination purposes. I will also be having an attorney look this over with proof that I have not attended this institution as many times as stated and for assistance.
