    Their service is low quality I have a rain soft system from them and they changed the one tank and it was leaking afterwards I called them up to let them know they send a service tech out to fix problem the problem was not fixed then they tried to bill me for their shotty service

    I would rate as 0. This company is horrible. They came and took my water softener apart months ago, and never came back, never called, never did anything for me. Suppossed to be warranty as long as you own the Rainsoft unit. Well I guess they don't honor that, either. Stay away from this outfit. By something other that Rainsoft!

    I purchased a UV light for our system that we purchased through them in June of 2022. When received it via the mail it was broken so I called the company and requested a new light be sent, they stated that they would have to look into why it broke in the mail. I called again in a couple weeks they stated they were still looking into it. I have been fighting with them ever since to either get a refund or a new light which they say they will do neither, because they only put $50 insurance on the order and the light cost us $144. They stated I could purchase another light if I wanted to which I should not have to. I will never ever do business with them again and I would not even recommend them to anyone.!
