We had a winter storm that broke a window in our home. 1/10/2024 was the date of the first transaction. We paid $716.98 of front. For several months the company (ABC Glass), has come up with several excuses on why they can't deliver, or complete this job. *** said they would give us a full refund, but we're still waiting since July 12, 2024. We've since had the widow replace by a different supplier. We just want our refund. I've call the police, and found out that there have been several others who have filed complaints against this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a mirror from this company on 12/07/2023 for $501.35. I was told it would be ready for pickup within 2 weeks, and they would contact me when it was ready. 2 weeks pass and I call to see if I could pick up the item and they said it wasnt ready yet. Every week I called until around the 2nd week in January and was told it was a custom order and was made overseas so it would take up to 3 months for me to receive it. As the months pass I periodically called to see when they would have the mirror and was told they didnt receive it yet. In I believe, March/April they said they received it and I scheduled a delivery for the next week. They never delivered it. I asked why and they said they had other deliveries and would let me know when they can bring it. Throughout the months I scheduled deliveries and offered to pick it up and continuously got the run around. Multiple times they would say they have deliveries out of state or the city n wont be back for days or weeks at a time. I was told multiple times its on the back or the truck and they had other deliveries before they got to mines. They also lied multiple times saying they came to deliver it but I wasnt home even though Ive been here even taking days off of work waiting for them to arrive and they never showed up even with video surveillance. I offered to pick it up multiple times and he would always have an excuse as to why that wouldnt be possible or Id come to pick it up and no one would be there. I stopped by the establishment probably over 100 times and its always closed. His father who owned the company passed away and he took over shortly after I made my purchase so it led me to believe hes possibly scamming people out of their money. I could be wrong but I just want my money back because I never received what I paid for, and for the company to be held accountable.Initial Complaint

Paid business $683.70 for a special order window replacement 5/30/24. Check was cashed the following day. I was never contacted that the window arrived. I tried to reach the business and was unable. I drove to the location and a sign on the door indicated that the business was taking a 2 week break and was closed until 7/1. I called the business on 7/1/24, I spoke with the worker who said the window was in and would be contacting me to arrange for installation. I called again on 7/8/24, phone now disconnected. Drove to the business, note on the door says they are out on a job, business appears to be abandoned.Initial Complaint

I paid $800.00 on May 8th to ABC Glass for Two windows and a screen. I also mailed an
additional $500.00 on August 3rd, 2023
via check. I have been put on company's schedule on several different occasions and ABC
glass calls on the day they are suppose to install and they cancelled each time. On one
occasion they informed me that the windows were broken and had to
have replacements made, since that time he said that the replacements were in and had yet
another excuse why installation could
not take place. ABC Glass consistently calls me 5-10 minutes before he is supposed to arrive at
my home, either saying weather
is not permitting the install. On my last encounter with ABC glass, Anthony N***** is who I have
had been dealing with for the past
6 months he informed me that I would need to sign an attorney letter due to inclement weather
and would not be held responsible
if there are any damages to my home, he also went on to say if I do not sign the form he would
not be installing the windows. However, on October 18th, 2023 the weather has been
sunshining and not a single drop of rain. I have been dealing with nothing
but excuses from Anthony N***** at ABC Glass for the past 6 months. I feel that this situation
should have been done and over
with by now. I feel as if I have been lied to and the situation has been going on way too long. I
am requesting that ABC Glass
refund my full amount of $1300.00. I also spoke to Anthony N***** on October 18th and told
him I was at the end of this he was to
install my windows no later than October 24th, 2023 or I wanted a full refund from ABC, and that I
would not be signing any
attorney letter because they should be held responsible for their work. I have lost my faith that
he would have my home at his
best interest and that I would have future damages brought on by how neglectful he has been

I ordered a 36" diameter circle glass using 1/4" clear glass 12/29/2022. ABC Glass does not cut round glass so the order had to be sent out, and was estimated to take two week.for delivery. I did not go back in January .I went in February 2,2023 the receptionist said it was in production. I went in 2/23/2023 the receptionist called the other company but could not reach them. 3/2/2023 The receptionist called me at home and said the glass would be on a truck next Tuesday 3/7/23. NOTHING so I thought I misunderstood it would be 3/14/23, Nothing, I went in 3/22/23 and the receptionist said it will be on a truck4/7/23. I went in 4/10/23 and spoke to a dark haired man, he said he was the only one there Friday and it wasn't on the truck, he got on phone and said it was delivered some other place he had to find it. I went in 4/17/23 and spoke to the same man, he said shippers broke it .I ask why I wasn't notified he said I called the number we had. I went in 6/21/23 and ask the receptionist for a full refund. She had to have her boss call me in the morning she did not have the authority to make refunds. I said tell him I am making a complaint with the BBB if I don't hear from him. Nothing I paid $233.30 by check #**** at time of order
