    June 2022 Lucie of Imperial Marble and Granite, Inc asked me to allow her technician to come repair my countertop. The countertop was cut wrong in the corner and her installers camaflouged it by filling it with caulk. It was discovered while taking measurements for backsplash. I was against the repair but allowed her the attempt. The technician spent over 60 minutes to repair it with a less than desirable result. I sent Lucie the finished product and asked for a replacement. She stated that the quarry did not have my slab and that she could give me backsplash design help and a good price for installation. I visited the quarry myself and the owner and myself found a slab that would substitute what I originally purchased. I forwarded the name and location to Lucie. Lucie refusea to replace it, stating that the repair is sufficient and she can cut it after I purchase it. Her team was deceitful snd this work is unacceptable. I am asking for a new slab, cut and installed. To install and fill in the error without disclosing the problem is bad business practice

    I am reaching out in regards to the ************************* consumer complaint. 

    This was a client of our company from last year that purchased new kitchen countertops from us installed on July 12th, 2021. We had an area that needed to be remade that was installed on August 11th, 2021. The material she chose was a natural stone that was a special order. I have attached the order that includes the dates on installation and customer sign offs that she inspected the countertops and approves the installation that was done by our crew. On June 27th, 2022, as a courtesy for our client, we sent out our service technician free of charge to service the corner that she was unhappy about. From our standpoint, this job was completed last year and are unsure as to what happened between August of 2021 and June of 2022 but we tried to work with ***** in regards to this area even though we have sign offs from her that the installation was done to satisfaction.
