    Park and jet- was the absolute worst coming off a 4.5 hr flight and had to wait almost an hour for a pick upI called the 1st time letting the company know we were ready for a pick up and was told a vehicle was coming right away however no vehicle came so I called again 30 minutes later and a lady with accented voice said a vehicle was coming and hung up on me. A vehicle pulled up about 10 minutes later and myself and a group of waiting customer went to the vehicle and the vehicle pulled away without any explanation. I then called again a 3rd time and spoke to ****** which was 50 min later he assured me that someone was coming and when we finally did get picked up we had to sit on our significant others lap just so we can all fit in the vehicle just so we can get to our cars and get home and my calls arent including the 6 other families that called and were waiting and was hung up on as well. Very frustrating and disappointing that this company had a carefree attitude towards customers who keep this business going.

    This company has severely gone down hill. We waited over an hour and a half to get taken to the airport. I called repeatedly for answers while we waited in the car to be picked up and they gave us excuse after excuse from there’s only one vehicle working and the others are broken to the only driver on call decided to go on break on his own. We ended up having to call an Uber so we wouldn’t miss our flight. On top of that when we arrived back home it took another 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. While watching the other park and fly companies repeatedly send vehicles every few minutes! When the shuttle finally arrived, I had to pretty much demand for us to be taken to our car bc they were “full”. I have left repeated messages to the managers with no return calls to address this situation. Never again using this company and YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER! If you want to make your flight in time!
