    I parked at Jet Stream Parking at 7:38 am on 11/2/2023 and returned to the car on 11/3/23 at 9:30 pm. According to the businesses female attendant that confirmed the price of $9.00 per pay. When I returned to check out there was not a worker in the booth but a machine. When I scanned the ticket the price was $46.00 . I spoke with the driver who confirmed that he had never heard of that sort of pricing and agreed that it had to be a machine error. He called for a worker who identified himself as ***** only and said he was the manager. He took the ticket and told me that I came in yesterday early in the morning but refused to give me daily pricing and walked away. I called again Saturday morning and the same "manager" answered the phone and refused to give pricing, or a corporate contact and told me I can just report it to BBB and hung up the phone. He did indicate he was not giving me the price because I was "rude" the night before but I indicated that I was shocked, blindsided and disappointed by the bait and switch scam. I could have parked right at the airport for less. I am seeking an adjustment and I would like other customers to be aware of this scam.

    Our walk rate up for guest who pull tickets is $15.50 a day plus taxes and fees.  Billing for this facility is done on a 24 hour basis. All support staff are consisted of supervisors and managers and are all aware of what our facility charges per day for guest who pull tickets. This facility does use third party websites which rates are different from what our facility charges and change without notice as well. We only honor those rates from those site when reservations are made prior to parking. This facility  does not price match rates from other sites.
