      I booked and paid for a rental car through ****** from Wreck a wreck. I was to call them when I arrived in Philadelphia and had my luggage for a pick up on Sept. 21. I arrived at 4:30pm as I told them I would, collected my luggage and called them at 4:45 pm. I got a recorded message that they were closed. I called again, got the same message, but when I stayed on the line, I got a another message telling me they were busy with other customers and to leave my name and number and they would call me right back. I called 8 times, I left messages that I had a paid reservation, my phone number, where exactly I was waiting at the airport. No one ever called me, or picked me up. I waited there an hour and a half. Then made other plans to get to where I was going. The next day I called them again to complain. This time I got another message telling me to push 1 for a pick up, 2 for other things, etc . I again left a message stating what happened and asking for a refund. No one called me back. I contacted ****** who also called them and no answer. I was told by ****** I would get a full refund. I did not. I called ****** again and just received an email from them stating that after multiple tries they can't reach Rent a Wreck to approve my refund, so they can't grant me a refund.
