    I purchased a 2018 30th Anniversary Edition Canadian Silver Maple Leaf coin on 11/25/2023 for $34.99 plus $3.99 shipping for a total of $38.98. They said the coin would be here in 6 to 8 days. After 8 days I tried to check on the status of the order via email, but have gotten no response. When I click on the :contact us link at their website it says, "Page not found. This is somewhat embarrassing, isn't it", which I've never seen before. When I call the phone number listed on their site, I get a recording saying, "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later" no matter what time of day I call it. All these anomalies added together are making me think something is not right with this website. I would still like to have the coin, but a refund would be nice if they're not going to send the coin, which is looking to be the case.

    As of today, March 8, 2023, the website for this company is still active. The site is www.bullionfancy.com. I placed an order 3 weeks ago from the site and their billing company took the funds from my bank account, about $110. Since then, I have not received the product I ordered, nor have I received any type of written or oral confirmation that the order has been received. I have left 2 voice mails and sent 3 emails, none of which have been returned. Today when I called, the call could not be completed, leading me to believe the phone number has been disconnected. If this company is no longer in business, the website needs to be taken down so that others do not place ordered like I did. Thank you, *** *******
