      Unprofessional! Aggressive Driving! 3/31/25 Lancaster, ** I was driven off the road by a driver named ***** (Truck #**). ***** was merging into my lane and refused to yield. I was forced to swerve into the shoulder to avoid being side-swiped. ***** then proceeded to flip me off. When I called the business to report the driver, the gentleman promptly conference called the driver to discuss the concern. Immediately, ***** began cussing me and blaming me for trying to squeeze in. I explained what actually happened and was supported by the gentleman on the phone, but ***** again blurted out profanity and claimed that his dad was the owner of the company. He was recorded saying "go back to driving school", "you're ********** "f*ck you and you're feelings". I asked the gentleman on the phone to address ******* unprofessional and inappropriate language, behavior, and driving before ending the call.Also noting that their site does not include any reviews less than 5 stars. ****** Reviews has several 1-star and 3-star ratings.

      My husband and I got a quote a few months ago for a bathroom remodel, we were on the fence. We had several others come and give us quotes because we are responsible home owners. We decided on H&M, had them come back out to requote the bathroom and also skirting, different sales man. He did not go over the financing with us, told us he would take money off because we were purchasing the vanity ourselves, then never did take anything off. Put the financing for 12 years without asking then was unable to fix it, told us to call the finance company. Next morning I call them to get some reassurance and to see about the price of the vanity and all I got was "I'm throwing the whole job in the trash, I don't need your job, you weren't going to pay us anyway." I was then criticized because I had several contractors come out. I think we dodged a bullet here.
