  I hired *********************************** at C&C Paving to do work to my driveway.Upon completion I immediately saw swells, dips, soft areas & a large crack in the asphalt that would cause cracks & breakage in my driveway with temperature changes & rain.I immediately contacted ***********He came out, we looked at it together, agreed there were serious issues & he would come back & correct it for an additional $1,800.After he came back the second time, I immediately saw more problems.My walk was damaged, there were new swells that would actually push rainwater into my garage, not away from it, as it had been before.The end of the driveway was not tapered where it meets the road so now snowplows would break up the end of my driveway.I immediately texted him again to discuss these issues.He eventually came out again (after I had to reach out to him repeatedly) & agreed my driveway still wasn't done right.He also agreed to refund my money by July 18th, 2023.July 18th came & went, with nothing from ***********I texted & called him over & over with response.No refund from him.He will not return my calls, nor answer my texts.I saved all my communications with him & have photos of his poor work.I had three other paving companies come look at my driveway see what had to be done to fix it.They were all familiar with his bad work.One even told me ***** has done this type thing to others for a long time, was prosecuted for fraud & served jail time for it.He was evicted from the address on my contract many months before I hired him.I have found many addresses for him but he is no longer at any of these addresses.I have since hired another paving company that has repaired his work.I filed a complaint w/Att General & spoke with the DA.I have lost all the money I paid him, as well as the money I had to pay someone else to fix his mess.We have been through extensive stress & undue burden from this entire fiasco.I would like to be reimbursed $8,000 to recoup some the cost.   I did work for *** **** at his residence. Paving work added a driveway extension on his existing driveway he complained that there was sinking in the driveway extension that we paved, so I suggested to him that we should repave his existing driveway and of course I will fix the part that sunk on his new driveway extension, so the whole driveway will look uniform he agreed upon $1600 so I did his driveway he complain once again and never paid the $1600. He threatened Me on multiple occasions and said that he wanted his money back he would call at inappropriate times at night so I consulted my lawyer and my lawyer told me to block him so I did so as instructed I did end up giving him $2800 back through my lawyer The original cost for the driveway was $4000.
