    They are liers and scammers. The plumber came to my house to fix plumbing leaks. I called them because the plumber that used to fix my plumbing few years ago moved out of state. First he immediately took pictures of the plumbing without even asking me, the homeowners permission. They werent even equipped to fix a leak the same day in an emergency situation. They said they will go back & send me an estimate by text the next day. Next day, no estimate. They keep breaking their word; no integrity. If they at least say they cant do it with a good reason for it, I would have accepted it. Called the receptionist and she said they will give me estimate soon. Another week went by & when I called they have one stupid excuse after another. If they wont do it why cant they tell me explicitly instead of wasting my time giving me a run around and disrespecting ******* time? This is utter unprofessional behavior. I talked to a ************* said he know them and they are terrible to deal with. Called again after a month & the person said they will text me an estimate next day again. Still no estimate next day. When I called the next day to say I didnt receive the estimate like they promised, the nut hung up the phone on me. I felt so sad from their horrible treatment of ******* family. If this is how they treat their customers or do they discriminate to treat like a doormat on the ones they just dont like? This company dont deserve to be in business because they are definitely not there to serve the public; just ones they pick & choose that they seem tolike!STAY AWAY from these & their kind!
