    Beahm and Son is one of the worst contractors we have ever dealt with. Although we paid to have design recommendations for the kitchen, two bathrooms, the laundry room, and linen closet, they never met a deadline, did not produce acceptable designs, and **** Beahm did not follow through on verbal commitments. They refused to align their preliminary designs with our guidelines and requirements. Communication and project management during the initial phase of the engagement was of very low quality. Apparently design staffing is unprofessional, unqualified, and inflexible in addressing any internal operational disruptions. Moreover, it has been learned through subsequent customer evaluation that ********************** and Son likely does not have the requisite quality capabilities in design, project management, production, and execution. Before engaging with Beahm and Son, ask yourself is this the type of contractor you wish to work with? Although our initial financial commitment was worth the investment to see how poor they were, we terminated our relationship and have since engaged contractors who have accredited design talent and have demonstrated capabilities in delivering high quality, architectural remodeling services.
