      sq ft measurements of my property and you charged me for work you did not do.
      You can bill me for the work you actually completed, which I am realizing you do not even know those accurate details. We can settle on the number I came up with as I have pictures and videos to prove the work done. Also the $8k I came up with is more than double what the insurance thinks you should be paid and allocated for. I have pictures and videos of your employees smoking inside my property. The drying logs are more than double what was allocated for, also such a general number filled in the spreadsheet, 30%, 15%, is completely made up and falsified. Also you ran my bill up by leaving those machines running after you tore up my subfloor and left it exposed to the outside air for days brining in moisture.

      I look forward to an accurate and honest invoice for the work your company actually completed at my property.
