    They deserve 0 stars. My husband and I had a survey of our land done a couple of years ago. At this time we were informed by the surveyor we owned our neighbors driveway entrance. We asked the surveyor numerous times if this was accurate because the neighbor wanted to sell the property and he said yes. After years of legal fees and arguing with the neighbor and her real estate agent about the property dispute, we recently get a call from the real estate agent that the surveyor made a mistake. We called the surveyor to ask if this was correct and he said yes that he had to change the survey. He refused to make it right and will never use them again.
