    This is the 2nd time this garage has charged/billed extra charges without explaining or informing me in advance. The first time I was billed for work that was not completed and this business left the key stuck in my ignition(its still stuck in the ignition). It was not in this condition when my vehicle arrived there. I intially advised this garage to inform me of additional work/cost that may incur to fix my vehicle. As admitted by the owner i was not advised of the coolant compartment or any labor cost at all. Also, my driver side window was left open in the rain after business hours and the potential to have wire or electrical damages very possible. I am completely dis-satisfied with this business twice and trying to reach them by phone for 3 weeks was impossiple because the voice mail was full. I hope no other customer will experience the heartache and 100% frustration i have experienced. It should be against the law to operate a business like this.
