    I brought my printer to someone else local and unfortunately it was not repaired correctly the first time. After googling I found Down to Earth Technologies and gave them a call. I immediately was able to bring my printers out at my earliest convenience to them. They are very knowledgeable people to work with in regards to everything 3D print! I brought my printers in for repair and **** gave me the option to stay and learn while he worked on my printers or drop them off and return for pickup. He explained everything to me so that I could do the repairs on my own again in the future if needed and was provided so much more information beyond my repair, it was like a mini training session. I learned so much more than just getting my printers fixed in the amount of time it took to repair them. I truly appreciate the amazing support I received and will be returning in the future for their monthly community meetings and to buy some filament too! Affordable repairs and amazing support. Don't go anywhere else in ********** for your 3D print needs!
