    on 10/11 I placed and order on line and 103.69 was taken out of my bank account on 10/12 rcvd a call saying the billing address on my car was wrong so i needed to give them my address and the would run my card again and would refund me the original 103.69. I have confirmation for both charges from edible arrangements as well as bank statements. after the three to five days i called back and let them know is till didn't get it the manager of the store said shed call corporate and get my refund processed and if I didn't get it by Monday to call them back .Monday came and i still get the refund so I called them and told them only to be told they only charged my card once and cant find the other payment. as I said I have all bank statements as well as confirmations from EA I also called my bank to verify this money was taken. they're saying they cant find it and when I asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions one was not available every time. the extra money they took has now cause my insurance to lapse and bills to be late with late charges on top of them. i am requesting refund for all orders. they were not helpful in anyway they took my money and are not giving it back and on top of that they are costing me money! they told me to stop calling and that they have nothing to do with this problem.
