    My recent interactions with CCR Management have raised concerns regarding their professionalism and adherence to community guidelines. Despite explicit provisions in our Homeowners Association (HOA) declaration regarding the quiet enjoyment of property and nuisance prevention, CCR Management has stated that managing neighbor-related conflicts, such as persistent loud music, is outside their scope, indicating it is 'above the HOA documents.' This stance directly contradicts the declaration, which prohibits any activity that 'unreasonably interferes with the quiet enjoyment and proper use of another unit, or which creates a nuisance on the property.' Furthermore, after voicing my concerns, my account was unexpectedly removed from their homeowner portal, despite my status as a homeowner within the community they manage.
