    Absolute worst business for a consumer. I dealt w Greg Ziegler,he was the most ignorant & disrespectful businessman I have ever dealt w. I made a purchase to support a local business, but it was so frustrating & regretful I purchased a new cover for my older spa. Greg was helpful at first to make the sale & told me its a standard cover & would be delivered in 4-5wks as written on my receipt too. Aware of delays w everything these days post COVID I expected it to be delayed but after 6 wks, w no communication from the store, I reached out to Greg. He told me he would send an email out to the rep he uses at CoreCover who provides the cover. Another wk passes, and no communication. I call Greg again & he tells me he hasn't heard back & will reach out again. I suggest to call coreCover directly since rep did not respond to his first email. I wait yet another wk & call again for an update. Again he got no response. Now I'm frustrated because he portrays no sense of concern/urgency to help w my order I paid full price for. He finally got back to me via text & said the rep he's been dealing with no longer works there & my order was never placed. I was beyond frustrated, I told him I want to cancel my order & want my money back. He quickly responds with "NO WAY!" He said its a custom order w no refunds". I said thats not true as also reflected on the receipt. this was 2mo after my initial order was placed. He was very crass/unprofessional w no remorse for the mishap. I told him this is unacceptable & he should give me a refund. He said no &hung up on me. My husband called him to rectify the situation & he told him he would put a rush on the order. Needless to say he did not & the cover came in another 2mos later. Kicker the"custom cover" was the wrong size when delivered. the install guys called him to tell him, overhearing the convo he was so rude to them too. he tries to make me take the wrong sizedcover &turn it around. I said no way! I finally got the right cover
