    On May 15 I checked into Holiday Inn express in *****, ************ for a check out date of the following day, May 16. My room was paid for prior to my arrival from a website called ********* however I didnt have to provide a $50 deposit upon check-in. Today is now May 20 and upon calling the card holder that I took that I used to make the deposit I was told that I wontreceive my deposit back until June 13 and what I was told is that that is the way that the hotel put it in. I reached out to Holiday Inn and was unable to gain in contact with a manager. There was a young lady there that was seemingly clueless as towhat was going on the bottom line is Ive been checked out of there now at this point for like five days I want my money back shouldnt take this long. Where is my deposit!!!!!

    Lodging between 3/29/25 - 3/30/25 for $120. Housekeeping cleaned the room before checkout while we were out for breakfast and discarded $163.71 of food, an unopened of spirits $90 and brand new items of clothing. The room clearly appeared occupied. The hotel complimented the night, but this does not cover the loss. We are asking for 2-3 additional free nights under the *** brand. He offered 10k points after accusing us of defrauding ***. He did not do his due diligence before making this claim and now we are getting the run around from corporate.
