    I am sincerely concerned about this organization's ability to operate appropriately and effectively. I have never felt it necessary to complain about an organization to the BBB but my experience has been nothing short of appalling. To say I'm dissatisfied would be a gross understatement. Engaging with this agency has severely, negatively impacted my life and I would advise anyone else seeking services to strongly consider seeking services elsewhere.

    I was neglected for my mental illness and chronic illness, both disabilities. I am now homeless, even sicker, and now having to block ANOTHER employee who doesn’t realize or care that HIPPAA is a law. I did not progress with any support from staff. I regressed. And was openly discriminated against for a DISABILITY. Any hope I had is gone. Thank you Valley Creek for reminding me I am not worth any help.
