    I selected this company last spring to grade, seed and re-seed the yard at my just built home. The company came out and assessed the yard at the beginning of May and I was given a date they would come out (Mid-late May 2022) and begin work. Once June came and they didn't show up, I started the emails to find a new date (mind you, they had already 50% of the fee as a deposit). At that point, I was told to go ahead and put in my front garden that they wouldn't blow the seed into the garden (I had 8 rose bushes that have been in pots for almost 2 years at that point. I graded, primed the area and added the landscape fabric along with the bushes).I continue to email through June and July (they were barely responsive and had not done anything) and when emails did come in they were excuses and the next projected time they could come out. I understand rain is an issue, but they were citing rain in the area when there hadn't been in one of the emails. They never showed up until early August and then immediately (that day/the next day) started to press me for the remainder of the balance before they even did the final seed (which was supposed to be a month later!)I waited a little more than a month and in September, I had to email to find out when they were coming back for the final seed. Email responses were lacking (I have them all) and it took them a month to get back to me. They finally showed up end of October, walked around for about 5 minutes and left (I was home, I was watching!).My yard looks AWFUL. They DID get grass seed in my garden (when they said they would avoid it. I am currently pulling out the grass that was "planted" last year on my landscape fabric that is strangling my roses. I have a patch where my dogs go to the bathroom that is lush and green (because of their natural fertilizer). My sand mound contains 75-95% weeds. The rest of the yard is patchy and hardly the "amazing grass" we were promised. As for grading, we have a growing pond in the front yard, a stream from one side of the yard to the other that collects in a long pond in the back yard. I walk the grounds and kick up stones and fall in ditches that aren't animal made. In order to make this a working yard (almost an acre), we will need to regrade and lay more grass seed down in effect fixing everything that the company did to our yard. I have email correspondence if necessary.
