    I finance my car and make biweekly payments I've asked numerous times to pay monthly and they won't budge this is putting a financial strain on me and if my payment isn't paid every other Friday by 5pm they remotely shut my car off leaving me stranded they refuse to make payment arrangements or defer payments I recently was out of work for a week due to having COVID so therefore my paycheck was very short I live in NJ and commute to pa everyday for my job and I've been stuck in pa for 3 days because my vehicle is immobilized I will get fired from my job if I do not show up I contacted pa auto credit and told them I will make a double payment this week and they won't work with me

    This is to verify receipt of complaint referenced above in the name of  ******* ******. I have read the complaint and wish to respond on how we  would like to assist this customer. Our office can, and will, allow any  customer to pay on a monthly basis regardless of the original contracted  terms. This customer may contact our office at any time so we can explain  the process of paying the contract bi-weekly payment on a monthly basis. If  the customer would rather contact me directly for the explanation, I would  have no issue assisting in this simple process.  
    Please close this complaint and mark as a resolved.
