    Their beach tents may be great but their customer service is awful. I placed an order for a beach tent, mat and grass kit. I received the mat and the grass kit but not the beach tent. I emailed customer service. They said I had to place a lost order with *** but refused to do so themselves. They refused to replace the tent even though the tracking clearly showed the tent was not delivered and was stuck in **. They said I had to wait for *** to say the item was lost. 4 weeks went by and summer almost over with no beach tent. After my ********** took back the charges for the tent that was not received (after 4 weeks), they decided to reissue a tent and demanded I reach out to the ** about the chargeback. I was happy to do so once the tent was in possession but they wanted it right then and rudely demanded it in less than 24 hours. I wish I could post the email conversation. Never once did they acknowledge the lost item or delay in shipment. They then tried to blame me and say the address was incorrect even though all the all other items from the order made it and were the correct address (and I checked with *** and address was correct). They refuse to talk to you and hide behind their email and messaging systems and speak with the most utter disrespect. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I have never had a customer service experience like this. I would never use this company based on their customer service and would never recommend them. I can see why they are not BBB accredited.

    I see this business is not BBB accredited and it is clear why. I've been in the market for a Cool Cabana after a friend of ours got one and enjoys it. I signed up for Coolcabanas email marketing to hopefully catch one on a decent sale. Since I have signed up for email marketing, I have twice received an email clearly showing the Blue Striped Cool Cabana (the picture also shows it in the large size) for $149.00. I was excited the first time I saw this email because it was within my price range; however, I went to the website and the Blue Striped Cool Cabana was not $149.00. I figured it was a glitch and reached out to customer service asking how I could get one at the price of $149.00. I was told I could not and that $149.00 was just the lowest price for one of the other sale Cool Cabanas on the website. I was not offered any sort of discount, etc. for the clear confusion caused by the company. I let it go and went on my way. Last week, I received the exact same email clearly showing the Blue Striped Cool Cabana for $149.00. I checked the website and both sizes of that Cool Cabana are listed at $179.00. I again reached out to customer service about it, frustrated that this was the second time I received such a misleading email promotion. I've never dealt with such a heartless customer service as this company. Any other company would have acknowledged the mistake and either honored the price or offered an additional discount on the product. Not Coolcabanas. They continued to tell me the website prices are correct and if I don't like them, I don't have to purchase it. I asked to speak with a supervisor by phone, but apparently I was emailing with one and he refused to call me. There was no acknowledgement at all of the false advertising I was directly being sent by Coolcabanas. I wish I could post the screenshots so all could see the email and resulting conversation. I'm sure they have a great product, but if you have to deal with the customer service- BEWARE.
