    After having a very positive experience with this company 5 years ago, we can not believe HOW MUCH it has gone downhill. We scheduled an appointment last week in the afternoon and they never showed up. After taking the afternoon off and waiting 3 hours, I called only to be told they would come 2 days later. Once again, they never showed up. We called the main office and scheduled a THIRD time for yesterday afternoon at 2 pm. Once again, I took off work, waited and they never showed up, never called, nothing! When I called the main office today, the receptionist did not apology, did not try to make it right and had nothing to say. They clearly do not care about customers and do not want any business. It is beyond disappointing because when we used them 5 years ago, they were fantastic. Times have changed and we would never recommend them again. They have no regard for time management, scheduling or even basic common courtesy o manners.
