      Hired to replace some damaged wood on roof. At the time the roof did not leak. The roof leaked after they did a few hours of work. They stopped answering the phone and would not show up to fix problem. Took them to small claims court and they were a no show their too. Do not use!!!

      (Penn West Roofing and Repair LLC) Does not have a contract for a *******************. Nor have we had any court documents come in. So would there happen to be another name you had contract signed in? Also I do believe you may have ** confused with (Penn **** Roofing) witch we have no affiliation with them at all. We do also have an Office. Provided on our website. Open 8-5

      Penn West repaired our roof in April 2023 after a severe wind storm (57 mph winds recorded at the site). The roof was 7 years old. Nine months later, the next wind event (at under 30 mph) tore many of the shingles Penn West replaced from the roof necessitating another repair. The shingles Penn West installed were the cheapest available, nor did Penn West warrant the original repair.Do not use this company.
