    Negative stars. Coastal Radiator And Air. Totaled my car. The had put in a heater core and e vap core. When putting in the heater core there were 2 issues. The first one we noticed was that they mixed up wires so, driving home all the lights came on and it kept stalling. Took it back and they fixed their mistake. (paid a lot for this btw). Then came heavy rain and there was an inch of water front to back and it started smelling very musty and moldy like a flood car. After much back and forth, they finally realized their mistake in that they had left the heater core rubber boot seal on the fire wall pushed out and rain was pouring in. Their solution was to jury rig it with caulk instead of doing it correctly with a new boot. Meanwhile we had to pull out all of the carpet and it still stinks. But it gets worse. Here we are 6 months later and started having odd electrical issues and then, out of the blue it will not start. We took it to a reputable shop and they recommended we try the dealer. Took it to ****** and they pretty much pronounced it dead due to water damage to the computer and possibly the wire harness...unless I want to pay up to $8000 to fix my 2010 vehicle! Coastal was well aware of the water leak as they had caused it and then incompetently put a band aid on it and now they are denying any responsibility whatsoever and, thanks to their utter incompetence, we are out of a vehicle or any trade in value. Unless your car is disposable, stay away from this place!
