The trash sat on my back patio for a month saying maybe the ************ might want to see it, after a month I was afraid one of the grandkids would get hurt " I REMOVED THE TRASH."Also, the mitigation ** they hired damaged a pipe that I paid to get fixed, no mention of that and its not included in first choice payout or it would have been noted. $250 have receipt Would like the payout adjusted to me $625.23 And don't say I need to bring it up to First Choice {the mitigation *** AAA PA is my representative that's what I paid them for.I emailed them August 1st about this they said back next Friday August 9th nothing emailed them that day they said I'll get a phone call, August 12th nothing emailed again, nothing maybe BBB can get some answers.

Mr. **** summation is incorrect. He retained First Choice Restoration and we should not be involved. In any event, we still helped him out by contacting First Choice to resolve his concerns.

     Complaint: 22131562

I am rejecting this response because:
If I hired First Choice then why didnt I ever see an invoice? If I saw a invoice we could of straighten this out before AAA PA paid them, never had control of the insurance money,PA was always the middle man I never had any communications with First Choice other then signing the papers that was presented to me when AAA PA first came out, let First Choice refund the money to AAA PA then turn it over to me, Due to the threat of a lawsuit of the Better Business Bureau to remove the entire complaint, I dont know where we stand
