    We have had 3 projects done by Global Home Improvement. Ranging from windows to doors to exterior work. We have a very complex property. and they have been able to accommodate us at every project. From the signing of the agreement to completion of the project, they have been a very good company to work with. ********************** are hard working, and the project managers are present and available. Not absent like some companies. If there are additional costs and work to be done, they take pictures, inform us of whats needed, and provide the cost. We are very happy with the work so far.

    Global Home Improvement did a fantastic job. The estimator came out, went over options and gave a price the next day. The installation department worked with us on getting it scheduled when we wanted them installed. The installers were very polite and clean. Had our windows hung and trimmed in time frame like they said they would. The follow-up after the install was great, they called to see how everything went. Couldn't be happier!!!

    Every step of the process went smoothly! The salesperson was very thorough and answered all questions and showed samples. The installers were very professional and cleaned up as soon as they were done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have any exterior work done!

The installation team was punctual, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring our home was protected throughout the process.     Great experience from start to finish. Took time to understand the job and why we were doing it, responded very quickly to requested changes, and were extremely professional throughout the whole process. Easily the best experience weve had with a contractor!

    Very hard working bunch of guys! From beginning to end everything was easy and a job well done. We are having them come back to finish up the rest of our windows and reside our house. Would recommend these guys 100%

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Lied about the materials they were using. Hired subcontractors who ruined the Marvin window frames with nails, and did the flashing and insulation wrong and now I have water coming in my brand new windows! Water damage in my home from a window that is 1 week old. I've never seen such terrible workmanship in my life - I now have to replace all the windows they have installed, and opening a lawsuit again the company. The lifetime warranty is BS!!!! Scam artists! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
