    Went to purchase an automobile. Was told, I would need a co-signer. I provided them with two options. They selected one and told me to go get her, which I did. When the note was due, they withdrew funds from the co-signers account. When this happened, we had no idea who withdrew the funds as no one EVER gave permission for that to happen. The bank was notified of fraudulent transaction as again, we had no idea who was withdrawing funds. Once we determined it was for the car, I notified the bank and told them they had incorrect banking information and I wanted to pay the note and provide correct banking information. I was informed, I could not do that, I would need to contact Easy Auto. I personally went to EA in an attempt to pay and change banking information. I spoke with **** who sold me the car, who informed me I would need to contact the bank. I told him they referred me back to the dealer and he said, have your daughter call, (co-signer). We both called and was given a hard way to go by the bank who referred us back to EA. When I spoke with her I made my last down payment and the following day they repossessed the car. I immediately contacted Easy Auto and was told, there is no car in your name. The car is in your daughters name. We have no paperwork with your name on it! I was livid! All of their conversations regarding the vehicle were towards with me. I was the buyer, my daughter was the co-signer. Easy Auto set up the withdrawal information and when told they provided incorrect information, refused to correct it making it impossible for me to make payments. How can they accept my money and make it impossible for me to make payments. Additionally, I just received a letter from the insurance company telling me I need to contact the dealer because, and I quote, "it has come to our attention that the contract was never funded by your selling dealer. Due to nonpayment, your contract was never made valid. See dealer for refund. **************************************

    I did some research on the above referenced Complaint and I do not see a **************************************** purchasing a car from us. Therefore I can't give out particulars to someone that isn't on the loan. I have reached out to the complainant and invited her to come into the dealership with the buyer of the vehicle so we can discuss this further.
