    We are brand new customers as of July 2022 (bought a new house and decided to keep the same company as the sellers). In early August we purchased a gas range, and needed this company to hook up the line outside (we confirmed this on the phone and they set up the service appointment, which would have been free). Instead, on August 4th, 2022, a gas truck showed up and filled a tank on the opposite side of the house (which we did not request and then were on the hook for a bill for something we didn't need). When I called to sort this out (and still needed the range hooked up) they said I still had to pay for the fuel I didn't request (on the wrong side of the house) and service would be reaching out. No one ever called back to complete the service, and we had a different company do it for us instead. Today, Oct. 10th, 2022, we came home to another fill slip (on the same wrong side of the house, where we used virtually no fuel because it had already been filled!). Again, we did NOT request ANY fills and have not been in contact at all with the company. Additionally, the gas tank was already at just under 80% (which is considered "full" for propane), and whoever filled it has it maxed out above 85% (which with propane, is a huge safety hazard). I called the company, was told to leave a voice mail, and then was prompted the voice mailbox is full and cannot accept messages. I sent an email message in hope that would connect me to them. This company has been an absolute nightmare to communicate with and is charging me for things I am NOT requesting and I do NOT need (I have no auto-fill contract, so I don't even understand why they're coming to my house to begin with!).
