    This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. They had me sign up for the monthly discount program and then we're constantly unable to provide any availability to book even more than a week out. I called and spoke with the gm who told me as a single mom of 3 kids that I should just get a sitter and that it was not his fault I'm not interested in being massaged by a man when I specified that in my initial sign up. I was charged for months and months without being able to accommodate me and then when I canceled because I had 4 massages paid for and unable to use due to their inability to provide the service I was told I had 3 months to use all 4 or these services that have already been paid for would just fall off at my loss. I asked for an extension since it was not my fault they were unable to accommodate me time after time but they refused and now I'm out over $300 for paid services that I will not be able to use. They were rude, sexiest and completely unprofessional. I even went to the corporate office and the owner of this franchise was just as horrible and unprofessional as the rest of the staff there. I just want my money back and for them to know this is an unacceptable way to practice business or customer service. I left insulted, and out money. Just horrible. I would hope I could save anyone else from being subjected to such horrific experiences.
