    On January 18, ******** Divine came to my house to do work on my boiler heater in my basement after PGW left, he stated that they were incorrect about what they said was wrong. He stated that I needed a new overflow valve instead of a transformer, he refused credit card payment and stated only cash app or *****, he actually preferred cash. He wanted the money upfront, but I refused until the job was done. He repeatedly tried to get me to pay him up. I paid him when he said the job was complete and that he put on the new overflow valve. He kept trying not to give me a receipt in which we argued over repeatedly. When I told him I was gonna contact my bank to have the payment reversed., that was when I was able to get a receipt , a few days later, he had to come back and he told me a different job had to be, in which I found out that was a lie as well, two other workers later told me that he never did the original job at all and that he lied about both jobs, he has not returned any of my calls. Ive had to have the work completed ., by someone else. I was scammed.I want my money returned. And now I want what I had to pay someone else, I had to spend time in the cold and had to be inconvenienced. He did me an injustice. He knew I was dealing with a head injury, and he didnt care he took advantage of me
