Was to receive a shipment (three vintage razors) from an individual in the US. He sent it via **********, who contracted the delivery out to Asendia. The parcel got processed by USPS then given to an Asendia 'holding centre' where it has remained since September 20. Any requests to Asendia to help are rebuffed or ignored. Responses are either: contact 'the seller' (which I have done, he has also contacted Asendia to be told the same thing despite being the seller himself), or contact ********** (who have no influence on the shipment as they just handle the label). They will not find the parcel which they clearly still possess, and it appears to be lost in their system. They are not offering any compensation, help or other assistance and both myself and the seller are at a loss of what to do next. The shipping tracker for my parcel can be found here: **************************************************************************************************************** Asendia have a proven track record of losing or not delivering shipments - complaints about their poor customer service and failure to deliver can be found all over the Internet. Please investigate this business for its malicious practices that are costing people money.

    Dear *******,

On behalf of Asendia USA, I do apologize for thein inconvenience the recipient is experiencing with this parcel. It is our number one goal to always provide the best experience possible for retailers and consumers alike.

To give you some background on our processes here at Asendia USA, in order to process a package, we must receive a data file. This data file contains the recipient's address information, the package's contents, and other vital information to ensure that the package reaches its final destination.

In researching this parcel, we found that we received the data file on 10/31/2023. However, the physical package  was never delivered to our facility in order to be processed.

Because this package has not been received at our facility, there is no further tracking information we're able to provide at this time.

We understand that it can be very frustrating when parcels do not arrive at their intended destination. In order for this to be resolved and for the recipient to receive their item(s) or possible compensation, the recipient to contact **** directly at ****************@****.com.

    Kind and warm regards,

    Asendia USA Customer Care

I ordered a dress from Urban Outfitters this past August. I wanted to take advantage of a promotion for a dress I would wear to a wedding in September. However, I was away on vacation from August 13th to August 21st. The parcel containing the dress was dropped at my doorstep on August 13th after I had already left. I did not think they would drop a 200$+ item at my door unattended; I had even affixed a note next to my doorbell to not drop any parcels just in case. We are no longer in those pandemic days where no-contact deliveries are required. They clearly did not bother to even ring. I live on a busy street in Montreal so I assume the parcel was stolen, although there is no image proof and obviously no signature to assert it was actually delivered. There is only a tracking number stating that it was: *********************************************************************** And that is the only basis to which UO and Asendia are refuting my claim. I find this very unfortunate and dishonourable. UO and Asendia have refused to take any responsibility for the mishandling of my parcel. I would not go to these lengths to recoup the loss if I wasn't serious about this. I have filed claims with PayPal as well but their purchase protection does not cover stolen parcels. I have a bad review on Asendia's ********** profile -- they responded by saying they would look into it, but they haven't investigated the incident at all, and only rebuke my claims with the tracking number as proof of delivery. I will not stop until I am refunded 226.62$CAD.
