    i purchased a 2009 ***** Malibu with a transmission shift silenoid STUCK ON " CODE I brought the car to Max's and was told that the problem would need a whole new USED trans put in for the price of $2,000.I paid and gave the car up, and when I received the car back, the work came with a 6-month warranty. Within the 6-month warranty, I came back to the shop at least 4 times, the first 3 times ****** (the person I talk to throughout the whole process) came out checked the trans fluid and use the OBD2 SCANNER to erase the codes (causing the car to drive smooth for a various amounts of time until the computer picks up the problem again). After the 3rd time and experiencing the same problems, I took it to another mechanic to check to see if the shop had done the work and it was proven that a different trans was swapped in but I am still having the same problems as before the work.The fourth time I went to the shop, I demanded that the car be taken back and fixed due to the warranty agreement to find out that I was a month too ******* CONCLUDE, I ONLY MISSED THE DEADLINE FOR MY WARRANTY BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT CODE ERASING, WHICH SPANNED OVER ********* IS NOW 6 MONTHS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE ON MY CAR AND I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS BUT WAY WORSE THAN BEFORE AND THE ONLY SOLUTION I HAVE GOTTEN FROM MAX'S IS TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER $1,800 TO "TRY AND FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS."I FEEL SCAMMED AND CHEATED OUT OF $2,000

    Max ********************** diagnosed my problem reset ********************** charged me $100 great price didnt rip me off and say problem was bigger like turnersville **********************.thank you ******.**************
