I made a purchase with this company on March 6, 2025. I gave it almost a month the tracking never changed and it was only on shipping. The business says it will take about 5-7 business days to ship and arrive. About two and a half weeks later the shipping all of a sudden went to wanting me to review the product. I have not received anything from this business either in the mail or on my door step. Ive emailed them at least three or four times with no responses from them at all. The customer service and the company as a whole is unprofessional. I purchased an Ice Bath and did not open or use it. I contacted the company and they did provide me with a return address almost 4 weeks after my initial request for a refund and return. I returned the unopened and unused product on 8/30/23 at 9:07am PST. Verified via a tracker and signature requirement with return postage. I was notified on 10/5/23 that they finally had all the information they needed to process the refund (receipt, order #, pics of the unopened product and a copy of the signature of the associate who signed for the returned product.) I was told that Chillpod would process my request and that a refund would be issued within a few days. It is now 12/22/23 and I have still NOT received my refund for a product I never used nor even opened!Initial Complaint

I purchased a Chillpod for $124.20 from Chillpod USA on 5/10/2023 ****** ******* I received the unit, and it was defective. I was leaking from the bottom. I got in contact with them to request a refund. They took several days to respond each time I reached out to them. They tried to send me a new unit, but at that point, I just wanted a refund. The unit was poor quality and defective, and it was well within their 90-day return policy. They gave me the instructions for how to return the product and they received it on July 25th. (tracking for that return - *********************** I didn't receive anything word from them for a week after they received the package, so I contacted them to ask about it. They just kept saying that they would send a reminder to their finance department. I tried to create a claim through my credit card company, but they said that it was too late for them to do anything about it.Initial Complaint

I returned the item to seller as soon as I got it. Well under the "return policy" turn around time. I sent photos to the company showing it has not been used or opened. Every follow up email I get from them is " It has been escalated to the finance department. " This has been going on since May 2023. It's now September 2023. After doing research about the company, appears there are so many complaints about this company. Horrible business practice, great marketing. Shame on them.

I have been trying for the past two months to return the product they sold me based on their 90 day return policy and they will not give me instructions on where to send it to get my refund.
I have been contacting them every couple of days and they have me jump through all these hoops to get it returned only to have them recommend a different product to try and sell me.
