      A man from this company came to my home at my request at 11pm on 11/15/22. My furnace had stopped. My furnace is only 6 years old. He came replaced the thermostat on my wall. Went down in basement and I went with him. He proceeded to tell me I needed ******* worth of piping repairs and service to my unit. It was full of sediment from the type of pipes I had. That I needed to reach 100 feet of old pipes with copper pipes. He then proceeded to take apart the wires to my furnace. He jumped my furnace and then told me he reset the carbon monoxide sensor. He said it's going to happen again if I don't replace the pipes because it's sediment causing it. I didn't know why he reset the co2 sensor for until morning when furnace stopped working again. I called at 8am. Told he would be back to work on it. I called another company. They came out and said ******* is clogged. The furnace is doing its job. If it didn't shut down we could of died of co2 poison. I almost fell over. He jumped it to run all night knowing it was clogged. He came back tonight 11/16/22 at 7pm. He was looking at my chimney with flashlight. I asked him to please leave my property. I said it was taken care of. He asked and I told him the chimney was clogged. He said...yes I told you that last night. I called him a liar and told him to leave. He was in my basement for 10 minutes total. I want my ****** returned. I understand he installed a thermostat for 175. That I'm not asking for. But the 150 I want back. He almost killed us.

      On 11/15/22 Ms ****** contacted us stating that her heat was not working and she needed a new thermostat because she broke her existing thermostat. It was the first cold day of the winter, during a snow storm, and we were flooded with calls. I put her on the schedule and maintained contact with her throughout the day regarding estimated response time. As the evening went on and it got later I offered Ms ****** the first appointment the next morning but she stated that she would rather wait no matter how late it was because she would not be able to sleep without heat. The technician arrived at Ms ******** home around 10:30 pm, the thermostat was broken because the customer had tried to rip it off her wall. Once the new thermostat was installed the heat still did not come on. The technician noticed that one of the safety switches was tripped. He reset it. Sometimes these switches go bad and just need to be reset. He saw that the piping leading to her boiler were covered in rust and corrosion and explained to Ms ****** that the switch is set off when there is too much heat to alert to a problem and that too much heat is typically caused by rotted pipes or an issue with ventilation. Ms ******** equipment was chimney vented and it was impossible to check for a clog in the chimney at 10:30 pm in the middle of a snowstorm. He explained all this to her in depth, explained that if there is an issue with the pipes and.or chimney the heat would go off again and he could not estimate how long that would take at this time, and told her to call the office if that happens so that he could come back the next morning to make a more thorough assessment. Ms ****** contacted the office the next morning to let me know the heat went back off and I added her to the technicians schedule for the day so he could go back to assess further. When the technician arrived at Ms. ******** home she told him to leave, so he did. I reached out to Ms ****** on 11/18/22 and she explained that she had another company out and that they had found a clog in her chimney. I again explained to Ms ****** that due to the time and the snow storm it would have been impossible for the technician to check the chimney that night but that I am sorry for the inconvenience, apologized, and issued her a refund for the service call fee directly to her credit card which was processed at 9:20am on 11/18/22. The resolution Ms ****** is seeking - refund for the service call fee - was already completed.

      Safeway heating replaced my roof on my house and my garage, besides the fact that they did not do the job as agreed, now I had my roofs examined by inspector from another company since the garage roof is still leaking and I'm getting run around from Safeway Heating by them telling me that they are busy and in order to examine the leak they need to come out when it rains, inspector from another company pointed out that the shingles were not properly installed, no flashing was done, some missing shingles, visible nails are going right through the shingles and the roof, uneven shingles, inspector also pointed out that plywood under the shingles was not replaced (as it was agreed and supposed to by Safeway Heating) and felt "rotted", as well as many other major issues, the inspector also advised that they are "unable" to resolve my issues, since the issues are involving major renovations of the roof which will involve complete rip off of the current shingles and most likely the plywood, since it was not in the first place. I wish I did not use Safeway heating and wouldn't lose thousands of dollars for terrible service. I paid them $25000, they requested $15000 as deposit (was paid by my debit card) and $10000 in cash (as they requested). I had to take out the loan for $25000 and now I find out that my roof is leaking and every time I call Safeway Heating they're giving me run around. I also learned from another contractor that the shingles were not properly installed, there is no flashing where it is supposed to be. Please either help me get my money back $25000 or have Safeway heating pay for the proper installation of the house roof, gazebo roof and the garage roof
