      SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Price advertised is false!! We drove and wasted over 5 hours after being assured on the phone no hidden fees and THEY LIED TO **! Mandatory plan protection on a pain that was falling apart for about 3K!! And mandatory LoJack on a TESLA (which if you know about teslas they DONT NEED IT!) so an advertised $24k car when we arrived went up to $32K on mandatory SCAM FEES!! We called 3 times before making the long drive with our little one and they gave us their word, which means nothing! LIES AND LIES !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

      Communicated with dealer for a vehicle, no red flags in regards to price though the non-answer to a confirmation question should have raised a small one. Show up after driving an hour, nice sales staff, sales guy comes back with pricing after a quick test drive. LoJack, Tire and Wheel Protection and some ceramic protection, I ask about those being removed, finance manager comes over and after 5 minutes of being told how the dealer can't lose money (allegedly), get told the three options are required so that they can post the vehicle at the price to meet the federal tax credit limit. None of these "required" backend "options" were mentioned or listed in their vehicle posting. Was offered the "real" price as an option to purchase without the extra options. Be sure all facts are known before visiting and even then...

      "I have been calling this business for days after being sold a lowjack that is not even registered to my vehicle. But every time I call, they answer the phone and hang up, which is extremely unprofessional. I strongly believe that they are discriminating against me based on my race. I demanded to speak with the manager's boss, but someone rudely told me no and hung up. This is unacceptable behavior, and I will not tolerate it. I demand immediate resolution to this issue and expect to be treated with respect and fairness like any other customer."

      I bought a 2017 Silverado last October & its been back for warranty work 9 times out of the 10 months I've had the trk. I've tried to get out of this & get into something different & I get the run around & told I need to put money down. I wanted out of this trk now for 3 months & I keep getting told to try a different dealership. I talked to the main manager & he said someone would call me & I NVR got a call back. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership around. Talk to other ppl & they say I made a HUGH MISTAKE coming to Hornbeck Chevrolet. They SAY they've fixed the problem everytime & it keeps coming back. I've asked everytime I'm there for a rental & I'm told no I can't have a rental. 9 times in 10 months is RIDICULOUS & something NEEDS to be done. I was there Thursday 8/10/23 & I wasted over 4 hrs & I got ABSOLUTELY nowhere with the dealership. I wish the OWNER himself would get using touch with me so I can explain to him the kind of ppl he's got running his business. Alan Hornbeck can contact me directly if he wishes
