    May and June 2024 No money paid to business currently as of this date Receipts indicating we owe $445,75 for services we never signed off on and that we were not satisfied with. We do not know if the actual service was completed.They did not finish the intended job they stated they would-"leak search"

    To Whom It May Concern:
    I dont feel that Central Highway Energy is in anyway responsible for the A/C problem that ************************ contacted your agency about. Central Highway Energy did not install the unit.It was installed by ******* Plumbing and Heating in August of 2021. In April of this year (2024) Central Highway Energy did purchase most of ******* Plumbing and Heating inventory and hire 2 of its former employees as owner ************************* retired and dissolved his company ******* Plumbing and Heating. Central Highway Energy did not buy this company or corporation.
    I understand Ms. *********** frustration. She contacted Central Highway Energy and we did send 2 service employees to try and trouble shoot the problem. They were unable to fix the unit on their 1st two attempts and said it would take further investigation. Ms. ********** said she would not pay for these calls and would not pay any future ones. Central Highway Energy does not have access to any warranty coverage even if it still applied. We waived the charged for the 2 service calls and ended our involvement.
    Central Highway Energy did not profit in any way for this whole process it actually lost money.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    My suggestion for future customers and the business is to get receipts of service signed upon satisfactory work that same day. This was not done in our case and we have yet to receive a call from the boss with an explanation. We were not satisfied, therefore we did not sign or agree with the services supposedly provided.
