    This company has been to my house several times to repair my stove, and the repair is not done. I have paid for it. The last time they came out the kid that was sent said that he didn't know what he was doing. When I talked to the company, they told me that maybe the fan in my stove wasn't supposed to work. I have now called another company to fix my stove and would like a refund of the money I have paid for this repair.

    The repair was done and the appliance is working to the manufacture standard. This customer is not understanding how this appliance works. We have been there a multitude of times and explained to her and her caregivers how this appliance works.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    That is a lie they have been here to fix the stove 3 times,   also to deliver a freezer  and to rove other one which they did not do also he stated .I don't even.think.she needs the other . Fan it will only bake on fast bake not regular . I called freidhavers they said yes it does they have received numerous calls about him he used to work there

    He hasn't come out last 2btimes his helper and his sister have he said he knew nothing about fixing a stove like this my aide was here so was another person so I have witness to.this comes I will.sue if I have to.freidhavers will.be here next week to check it all out.im.83 years old this is abuse  to the elderly  si I will.report to.them.alsoy lawyer said to call.you all but you did not listen I haven't been able to.use my stove for mos but I paid him.because he was just starting out

    Here 4 times to fix a washer problem. At each time they said the washer was fixed and that it would work. This has been going on for over 6 months.

    This customer purchased a used unit in May of 2022. Our used units come with a 30 Day Warranty policy that she agreed to and signed said warranty agreement. This unit stopped working properly after the warranty period. We have serviced this unit 4 times after the warranty period expired without charging her a service call fee, parts, or labor except on one occasion where she paid one service call fee from when we went to her house in February of 2023. We had no obligation to not charge her for any service, labor, or parts but chose not to in order to help her out. We have done what we could to try and keep customer satisfaction. She wants a full refund and per our warranty you can only receive a refund within the 30 days after purchase. This unit was purchased over a year ago so per the policy she would receive no such refund just like any other warranty policy on anything you buy that comes with one.
