    I have a signed legal document that my personal loan payment is deducted from my bank aft the 20th of every month and they took the money out 1 day prior and causes over draft fees which have not been refunded.

    When contacted by Ms. **** on 11/22/2024 we took immediate action regarding the error that had been made as a result of a data conversion we had undergone.  We refunded the $30 fee to her share savings account at ******************, and then upon her request did an ACH entry to send the funds to her account at her other financial institution.

    We are very sorry that this error occurred and expressed that to Ms. **** when she contacted us regarding the error. All has been resolved on her account and the transaction file has been corrected on our system to keep this from reoccurring.
