Between 11/24 and 1/31 neighbor hired c&s to come and demolish their home. While doing so they damaged my external sewer line that was under neighbors property causing me to have no sewage line until other plumber came to fix. The city and other plumbers confirmed damage and contractor is refusing to pay damages done. Said it is not his responsibility

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The business did not respond to any of the damage they caused to the underground sewer attached to the work address and the neighbors property. This is just a statement from the city of work approved. I don't see a break the neighbors sewer line. Bury it and lie permits

    Regards,
