    My husband and I have Allstate Insurance on our house for 25 years. We had recently changed to auto insurance to Allstate in 2016. ***************** had just recently came along and he cant get the billing out on time.The billing for a six month period should be mailed 30 days before due date. I know! I used to work in insurance. Is **** trying to get a late fee? I dont know? He has not even responded. Thats nice1

    All bills come from Allstate directly. The renewal was mailed 30 days prior to March 1st. The bill was mailed out on 02/10 from the company. On **** you called in and you were advised the bill was mailed on 02/10. On 2/16 you called the office again about your bill not even giving it 7 days from the time your bill was mailed. We emailed you a copy of your bill on 02/16 so you had it right away. Renewals are mailed out 30 days prior and bills are mailed out about 20 days before the due date. You emailed me on 02/17 at 6:46pm which was a Saturday. I responded to your email on 02/19 at 8:06am. That was the first email you had sent me, and I responded in a timely manner. I feel you did not give the mail the proper time to get to you and if for some reason you still do not have it in the mail, I would suggest speaking with your mail man. You do have a copy of the bill as it was emailed to you on 02/16 and your bill is not due until 3-1 which gives you plenty of time to pay your bill. Your comment about a late fee is unjust as that would go to the company if you were late not me.
