I recently visited Art of Eyecare in *********, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The frame selection is extremely limited and grossly overpriced. When I asked for help picking out frames, I was met with attitude and offered the same old-fashioned bridged glasses repeatedly. The selection is very limited and outdated, which was incredibly frustrating.I found the same glasses online for a fraction of the cost. Based on my experience, I wouldn't even recommend getting an eye exam here. The first person who attended to me seemed inexperienced and struggled to use the various machines properly. The doctor, who was managing multiple patients at the same time, seemed rushed and inattentive. This approach does not instill confidence in the quality of care provided. The front desk staff's attitude was mediocre at best, lacking the warmth and professionalism one would expect in a healthcare setting. To top it off, I had to undergo the same tests over five times, which seemed highly inefficient and questionable.I will never return to this place, nor would I trust them with my eye care again. If I find out my health insurance is charged for this subpar service, I will be filing reports with the relevant authorities. Avoid Art of Eyecare if you value your time, money, and eye health.
