      I ordered Christmas Pajamas and nightgowns on 9/24/23. I emailed the company within 5 days to let them know that i wanted to cancel my pre order. It is not scheduled to ship until late October or early November. A friend also ordered and received her order and the piece was not a Christmas red as indicted on the website. I was told that I could only get a credit. Nothing has shipped, I am asking for this order to be cancelled and a refund to my paypal account.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.

      I wanted to clarify that the order we received from ***************** was a pre-order, scheduled to be shipped during the first week of November. This information regarding pre-orders is consistently included in both the title and description of the items. Additionally, I communicated with **** about her friend receiving the incorrect nightgown, and I am more than willing to rectify the situation by sending her the correct item. Her friend was refunded for the nightgown due to our error. 

      Our pre-orders are final, given that we produce only the quantity specified in the pre-orders. **** has already been sent her order and has received it. Again, this info is always in the product description.

      I have attached 2 proof's that ********************* order was shipped and Her friend was refunded and then went ahead and open and a fraud charge on us. So we are out the gown, Plus funds that was refunded Plus the Fraud/bank charge.
