    We used this woodworking company a couple of months back and it was a big mistake. The project included 2 bunk beds however one was made 16 inches too short making it unusable since it needs to wedge between two walls. After the company acknowledged the error and said they would have a new bed shipped out they have completely stopped responding. They essentially took the bed back and never replaced it. There were other errors as well which we were willing to look past, we tried to open a dialogue but they have completely ghosted us and seemingly ran off, we are now forced to sue them simply to obtain what we paid for.
