      I was prescribed a pair of progressive lens glasses.
      The prescription made me sick immediately and was not correct. I stated I needed to return them and the employee was very rude and said i would not get my insurance benefit back. My insurance co said that is fraud. I got my benefit back but I just got a bill charging me a restocking fee. I never was told or signed or read anything about a fee. I would like this fee to be dismissed. I should not have to pay that. Also, I’d like others to know how unprofessional and rude this business is.

      We have waved the $10 which was her copay for the exam and she has a $0.00 balance

      Her Insurance has reinstated her benefits.

      There was no restocking fee the $10.00 was the copay for her exam which we wrote off.
