      Avoid at all cost! We tried using them for credit/debit processing. Our representative knew we were new to accepting cards as payment and promised us she would help review things and make sure we were in the right account. After a few months, with no communication from the company, we noticed decent sized withdrawals from our bank account. When we called them to ask what the fees were for, it was for monthly services which we had not been told about, we were told it was a per transaction fee. After that, their fees increased due to some non compliance. When we called back to ask more questions, our representative said she had parted ways with the company shortly after we came on. Our new rep never contacted us or reviewed our account as we had been promised, but Simpay refuses to even listen to our complaints, only citing their corporate policy as some sort of excuse for their lousy behavior. In the end, they charged us almost as much in fees as we did in total business. A huge loser!! Im very curious how the BBB still has them as an A+ company.

      Simpay has research this issue. The Business owner was furnished with a copy of the agreement which noted all the fees due for their account. The Agreement was signed by the merchant. The additional non-compliance fees were also disclosed. All businesses are required to complete a PCI scan. The client was contacted multiple times, over a 90 day period, at the business email provided and asked to complete the required scan. Upon notification, the account was closed without further penalty. This matter is resolved.

      Terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM. Tried to continue settinig up a Business account 2 years ago. Was told a rep would contact us and come out to our place of business. NEVER HAPPENED. Terminal was never acticvated - still in original box. Went with another company. Now SIMPAY is charging us for a terminal. They have not contacted us in 2 years!

      Client Relations has researched this claim. Unfortunately, based upon the email provided, we cannot find a correlating account. There are instances where a terminal is provided to a client at no charge, with the understanding that the client will return the equipment within 14 days of cancelling their service. Clients sign an agreement acknowledging that they must return the equipment in the return window (at Simpay's cost) or pay for the equipment if they wish to keep it. Without the Business DBA, we are unable to confirm if the client returned the equipment to us, but it appears the client kept the terminal for more than two years. We are happy to review the situation with the client to make sure it is resolved and ask that they reach out to ur client care team.

      Incompetence week after week--DO NOT USE PAYROLL SERVICES! Employees pay missing, direct deposits not received, other companies payroll reports sent, payroll taxes withdrawn but not paid to the state-- the list goes on and on.
