    The owner of this business Is Jack M****. Now we had some work done by him and his crew. One of them was to tear up the old floor in our kitchen and replace a new floor. It was the sheet vinyl floor and cover base. In about 2 to 3 weeks ahead it was starting to bubble in a couple of places and I mentioned to him that it might of been bad glue. He tried to assure me that the glue is suppose to do that, but he told me if worse comes to worse he would replace it with new. Well in another week or two, there were more bubbles and it was running across the floor. Popping up. I told him about it and he came up and told me he could not see anything. He wanted to poke needles in it and said they would lay back down. I told him in the first place you should not have to repair new. So I ask him for a new floor because it was really bad work and he said no because he could not see them popping up. I told him he must be blind because my wife and i can see it clearly and our neighbors that came in also could see it. So now my wife and I are out that money. We are both retired and can not afford to put anymore money into it. He does not ever answer his phone and he says that he would give us $100 dollars for it. He said that is what he paid his guys to put it down. LOL. 3 or 4 guys and i said yea right. So to all the people out there if you need a project done right I would not hire this guy and his crew. Because he will take your money and say goodbye to you. I have never known a contractor to not answer his phone. Ty for reading this. Bob V*******.
