      No one has responded to me from this business about someone opening an account in my name without my knowledge and I wanna get in touch with the business to know who did it, why , and where but they have yet to respond to any of my calls or messages, it is very hard to reach them, I want this item off of my credit its hurting me badly in succeeding in life, They have not sent me a copy of the contract as requested. We need to get this matter resolved.

      We received a debt notice from TSI for creditor ************ of Revenue for balance amount $10.00. Attached is copy of the TSI debt notice along with proof of payment to ************ of Revenue of $50.00, covering the tax period 09/2024. No other payment is due to ****. Requesting this debt notice be voided.

      I called in to settle my debt with Monthaven. Made my payment in the amount of $350. It was explained to me by ****** that it would take 30 days to reflect on my credit report and that I would receive a call from someone in processing to explain this same thing to me. I was assured that not being able to answer the call would not affect the payment I had just made. Taking that call would be difficult with my schedule since I am deployed for the military. I received texts and calls over the next two days to the explanation of needing to be welcomed as a client and answer some questions in order to process my payment. I explained via text that I had already been informed of what they needed to tell me and I had no interest or time to take a call for repeat information. The same I afternoon where I expressed no desire for further contact beyond doing their job and processing my payment I received an email receipt that my payment had been reversed by ******.

      This collection from TSI/940 was not authorized to be on my credit report. This is fraudulent and a violation of my consumer rights and I demand this account to be removed. Im not liable for this debt. It says it was opened on 1/21/2025 for $4,309 with account numbers starting with ********.Please remove this collection ASAP and cease all communication or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      A group purporting to be TSI calls me several times a day, each time from a different phone number! They never leave a message, nor have l ever received any written correspondence from them. When l call and try to get information from them, they refuse to tell me anything other than l supposedly owe money to a company called *********. I have no idea who Soberlink is so l called them to find out why they supposedly reported me to TSI. ********* has absolutely zero records of me and confirmed that they never reported me to anyone. TSI needs to stop harassing me and remove me from their records. Indeed, their behavior is extremely suspicious!

      To Whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several unauthorized account with ********************** *** Account number: 1851**** Account balance: $1,002.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them. I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This fraudulent activity is not only a violation of my privacy, but it has also caused significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this issue. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist in removing this account from my credit reports.I have attached copies of relevant documents, including my driver's license proof of address, copy of my social security card a cover letter and the my credit report, to support my case.I kindly ask for your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter.       I am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information that your company, *******, has reported to the credit bureaus regarding my account. According to my credit report, there is an entry from Optimum that I believe is incorrect and should be removed immediately.The account in question is listed under my name with the following details:Reported Issue: Late payments, delinquent This information is inaccurate because the account was paid in full I am requesting that Optimum investigate this matter and have the incorrect information removed from all credit reporting agencies to which it was *********** accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that I be provided with written confirmation of the results.       I receied this bill, debt collection attempt, for a car I rented from hertz after an accident. This was FULLY covered under the persons insurance who hit me. I was in the car until my car was fixed, and it still isn't fixed.This is an illegal attempt to obtain money from me. I was in a car accident and not at fault.I was in the rental due to that and was not ONCE contacted by *****, not by phone not by email and not by text after July of 2024 about any rental issues or it being late I even called Hertz three times, and have that documented, where I called to report a rock ding and two times, engine light was on and not once, did they mention the car was overdue the car was repossessed and I had no idea what was going on and called the police I am not paying this and shouldn't have to.I also have an attorney with the case against state farm who is working hard to get my car fixed and my medical issues solved.
